Terms, Conditions & Liability Policy

 

 

1. General Services Disclaimer

Glamich Events provides event décor design, setup, and breakdown services only. We do not provide event planning, venue coordination, catering, bartending, or guest management unless explicitly stated in writing.

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and venue.
 

2. Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges that event décor services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical setup, décor placement, and use of decorative elements such as candles, florals, signage, and structures.

Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the event once setup is completed.

3. Liability Limitation

Glamich Events shall not be held responsible for:

  • Injuries to guests, vendors, or venue staff

  • Damage to personal property, guest belongings, or venue property

  • Accidents caused by guest behavior, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or third-party vendors

  • Issues arising from venue layout, flooring, electrical access, or structural limitations

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for décor services.

 

4. Candles & Fire Safety

All candle use is subject to venue approval. Where open-flame candles are not permitted, LED candles will be used.

Once candles are installed, Glamich Events is not responsible for monitoring, relighting, extinguishing, or repositioning candles during the event.

Glamich Events is not liable for any fire-related incidents once setup is complete.

5. Real-Touch & Floral Materials

Glamich Events primarily uses high-end real-touch florals designed for a lifelike appearance. These materials are decorative only and are not intended for consumption or handling by guests.

Fresh floral upgrades are available by request and subject to availability.

 

6. Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, Glamich Events is not responsible for damage or delays caused by:

  • Wind

  • Rain

  • Extreme heat or cold

  • Acts of nature

Décor safety and placement may be adjusted at our discretion to prevent damage or injury.

 

7. Venue Rules & Restrictions

Client is responsible for reviewing and communicating all venue rules and restrictions.

Glamich Events is not liable for décor removal, modification, or cancellation due to venue policies, fire codes, ceiling height limitations, or last-minute venue changes.

8. Setup, Breakdown & Room Flips

Setup and breakdown times are based on agreed schedules. Any rush setup, room flip, or timeline compression may require additional fees.

Glamich Events is not responsible for delays caused by other vendors, venue access issues, or client-requested last-minute changes.

9. Damage, Loss & Replacement

Client is financially responsible for any décor items damaged, lost, or removed during the event, excluding normal wear and tear. Replacement costs will be billed accordingly.

10. Force Majeure

Glamich Events shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or emergencies.

11. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Glamich Events, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the event.

12. Agreement

By booking services with Glamich Events, the client agrees to all terms and policies outlined above.
