Our Process

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send an invoice via email— a 50% deposit secures your date.
Payment plans may be available for select events upon request.

Soon after your date is booked, we begin designing your event.

We’ll share mood boards and mockups to make sure we truly understand your vision and that everything feels just right.

Once the design is finalized, we start preparing all décor details ahead of time so your setup day goes smoothly.

We usually check in the day before your event to confirm that everything is set.

On the event day, our team arrives at the scheduled setup time and transforms the venue for your celebration.

After the event, we return for breakdown, so you can relax and enjoy without worrying about cleanup.

Our goal is to make the entire process easy and stress-free, so you and your loved ones can focus on celebrating and making memories.
