Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and help you choose the best décor package for your child’s birthday.
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send an invoice via email— a 50% deposit secures your date.

After your date is booked, we begin designing your child’s birthday setup.
We’ll create mood boards and mockups to make sure the theme, colors, and details match your vision and your child’s personality.
Once everything is approved, we prepare all décor elements ahead of time so setup day is smooth and organized.

We usually check in the day before the party to confirm final details.
On the day of the event, our team arrives at the scheduled setup time and transforms the space into a fun, beautifully styled celebration. After the party, we return for breakdown, so you don’t have to worry about cleanup.
