DISCLAIMER REGARDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: Please be aware that Glamich Events cannot guarantee the longevity of balloons after they have been delivered and installed. All balloon sales are final. Balloons are by nature temporary items, and although we use top-quality materials, it is possible for some balloons to deflate or pop earlier than expected due to uncontrollable factors such as wind, rain, rough handling, or exposure to sunlight. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments in the best interest of our valued clients.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT: To proceed with your order, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Your final payment must be settled one week before the scheduled installation date. Failure to submit the final payment on time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and the installation will not be delivered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We would like to inform you that all payments made are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation of your event, we will issue a credit to your account, which can be used for a future order.
