OUR PROCESS

Once we receive your candle inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and walk you through our candle styling options.
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send an invoice by email—a 50% deposit secures your event date.
Payment plans may be available for select events upon request.

 

After your date is officially booked, we begin planning your candle layout. We’ll guide you on placement, quantities, and styling to ensure everything feels balanced and cohesive within your space. Each setup is thoughtfully designed to complement your overall event aesthetic.

As your event approaches, we’ll check in to confirm final details and make sure everything is aligned.

On the day of your event, our team arrives at the venue at the scheduled setup time and carefully installs each candle to create a warm, romantic atmosphere. 
After the event, we return for candle removal, allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the experience without any added stress. Our goal is to provide a seamless, stress-free service while transforming your space with elegant candlelight.
